Brian Satz

President/CEO

Brian Satz is the Founder and CEO of CW IT Support. He started the company in 2010 with a simple mission: deliver IT support that actually helps people. Frustrated by the industry norm of slow response times and reactive service, Brian built CW IT Support around fanatical customer service and proactive solutions. Today, the company has earned over 3,000 five-star reviews across both of his brands.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership (UNCW, 2011) and a master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems (UNCW, 2014). He is a firm believer that growth never stops and regularly attends industry conferences and business leadership seminars to keep himself and his team at the forefront of cybersecurity and IT.

Brandon Lippie

Vice President of Operations

Brandon Lippie is the Vice President of Operations at CW IT Support, bringing nearly two decades of IT experience to the role. After transitioning from the U.S. Navy Submarine Force in 2005, Brandon built a strong foundation in IT and has been specializing in MSP operations and service delivery since 2014. His background includes serving as Director of Network Operations, where he scaled a 10-person team into a full department of 30 people across three teams.

Fun Fact:

Outside of work, Brandon is an avid reader, a collector of board games, and has recently gotten into 3D printing.

Starr Telford

Finance / HR Manager

Starr Telford is the Finance and HR Manager at CW IT Support, overseeing financial operations and human resources to help ensure the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and team support, she plays a key role in keeping both employees and operations aligned for success. Starr brings a well-rounded approach to managing people and processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Fun Fact:

Outside of work, Starr enjoys yoga and hiking, and loves spending time with her family. She is married with four kids and lives in the Charlotte area.

Keith VanWyngaarden

Client Account Manager / vCIO

Keith VanWyngaarden has been part of the CW team for ten years. He joined the Retail side in 2016 and transitioned to CW IT Support in 2020 to focus on business clients. Keith builds strong client partnerships by taking the time to understand each organization’s goals, challenges, and needs, then works with the team to deliver tailored IT solutions. He holds regular Technology Business Reviews to minimize risk and downtime and keep clients both productive and secure.

Fun Fact:

Outside of work, Keith enjoys his five kids, his Golden Retriever, watching movies, and everything Buffalo Bills. Go Bills!

Jonathan (Jon) Snyder

Service Team Delivery Manager

Jonathan Snyder is the Service Team Delivery Manager at CW IT Support, bringing 15 years of IT support experience to the role. A former Active Duty Marine with 9 years of service, Jon went on to spend an additional 9 years in government contracting and local government IT services before joining CW IT Support in 2020 as a Level 1 On-Site Technician. He has advanced steadily through the ranks, earning a reputation for his strong work ethic, exceptional memory, and excellent people skills.

Fun Fact:

When not leading the service delivery team, Jonathan enjoys quality time with his family playing Minecraft.

Ashley Orner

Project Manager

Ashley is a results-driven Project Manager with a strong foundation in planning, organization, communication, and leadership. She joined CW IT Support in early 2023 as a Service Coordinator, quickly moved into a Project Coordinator role, and was promoted to Project Manager within a year. She excels at problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and keeping projects moving in fast-paced environments.

Fun Fact:

Ashley has a deep love for travel. She has lived in Honduras and Guatemala and has visited 20 countries (and counting!). She is also certified to teach and rescue for rock climbing through the American Mountain Guide Association.

Kate Hernando

Marketing Manager

Kate Hernando is the Marketing Manager at CW IT Support. She joined the company in early 2024, starting as a List Cleaner before moving into a Marketing Admin role and becoming Marketing Manager within a year and a half. Kate manages marketing projects, list building and cleaning, outbound campaigns, direct mail efforts, and supports the sales development team. She also works closely with the CEO to keep projects, communications, and marketing initiatives organized and on track.

Fun Fact:

Outside of work, Kate enjoys staying home, watching movies and series, and spending time with her wife and their two dogs. She also enjoys a good beer or glass of wine when it is time to unwind.
