When I started my company, I made our core focus fanatical customer service. In the beginning, we served residential and commercial clients out of the same storefront. I soon found that the business models were different, so in January of 2017, I split the companies into Computer Warriors Inc and CW IT Support. Computer Warriors Inc serves as our retail front for our residential clients and smaller business clients, and CW IT Support handles our larger business clients.

I used to work for a large ISP in their phone support department. The ISP pressured their staff to get off the phone as quickly as possible and could not provide any beneficial support. I decided I could not work for a company that would go out of its way not to help its clients.
As a result of the team’s hard work, we have collected over 3,000 5-star reviews between both companies. We take extreme ownership over every interaction, and if something doesn’t work out, we go above and beyond to make it right.
Education & Expertise
Brian Satz graduated from UNCW with his undergraduate degree in business management and leadership in 2011, and then received his master’s degree in computer science and information systems from UNCW in 2014.
Since graduation, Brian has made it a point to work with business coaches and other leaders, including attending multiple seminars led by Tony Robbins, including Business Mastery, Date with Destiny, and multiple UPW events.
He continually strives to grow and develop himself and his team, and attends conferences across the country to learn about the latest trends in cyber security and threats for the industry. He believes if you aren’t growing, you are dying, and applies that to his personal life, the core values of the company, and how he delivers services to his clients.

In 2026, Brian took on one of the most grueling endurance challenges in the world: Ironman 70.3 Hawaii. The race consists of a 1.2-mile open water swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile half marathon – all under the Hawaiian sun. It is not just a test of physical endurance, but of mental toughness, preparation, and the will to keep moving forward when everything tells you to stop.
That same mindset is what Brian brings to CW IT Support every day. Showing up prepared, pushing through challenges, and never quitting on his team or his clients. Whether he’s training for a race or building a company, Brian believes in doing the work, staying disciplined, and finishing strong.
